Cell AlignmentBy default, cell contents appear at the bottom, numbers are right-aligned, text is left-aligned, and logical values are centered in cells.You can apply the most common horizontal alignment options by selecting the cell or range of cells and then using the alignment buttons on the Formatting toolbar.
You can also use the Format Cells dialog box to change the vertical as well as the horizontal alignment of the content in the cells. Vertical alignment is only noticeable once you make the rows taller. To use the Format Cells dialog box, follow these steps:
